No pet of mine has sat for a portrait before, but recently I decided to take advantage of a promotional package at Very Dep Photography Studio, and I can’t stress enough how happy I am that I did. They made it fun for my dog and elicited incredible, thoughtful, hilarious shots that capture the special creature that is Genghis. I highly recommend checking out what packages the studio offers. The team of photographers boasts impressive resumes, including frequent contributions to the NYTimes and ongoing projects for luxury hotels, eg InterContinental Hotels globally. My partner and I are authors who’ve done numerous author photoshoots [in the UK], but this was by far the most professional with the best results. The guys at Very Dep understood exactly what we wanted, made us feel immediately at home and were simply wonderful to work with, and super professional in getting our final pictures to us in a surprisingly short time. The end results were exceptional. We found ourselves with so many brilliant options, we had the crisis for the first time in our career of having a surplus of great photos that suit our needs for both the media, our websites and our books! (A really great situation to be in.) We also ended up with some really fun couples shots for our own collection. Quite honestly, these guys are so good, we’ll be thinking about flying into Hanoi the next time we want pictures done.

We visited the Very Dep studio to take family portraits across three family generations – 2 month newborn baby, parents, and grandparents. We were very happy with the results! Nam the photographer delivered a set of photos that were exactly as we wanted — natural, intimate and playful family portraits. It was no pretentious with too many fancy props. The photographer focused on the subjects using different backgrounds and lighting with simple props. Minh the producer was lovely and made everyone feel relaxed. She was also very responsive to all our requests. The studio was cozy and had a comfortable couch where we could take breaks in between shots. All in all an enjoyable experience and we would have no hesitation in recommending Very Dep friends and family.
