Produce, shoot and edit profile images for members of the association. The final images to be used for SBAV website and internal marketing purposes

LOCATION

Very Dep Studio | Hanoi Vietnam

After a brief exchange between the office in Singapore and our producer, we were honored to welcome a few members from the Singapore Business Association Vietnam team (SBAV) to our studio here in Hanoi.

The brief from SBAV required us to shoot professional images of the team members, making them look sharp but still allowing their personalities to shine through. The final images from this shoot will help re-brand the image of SBAV, as well as the team members. The challenge did not end there, for the final group photo, we also had to KEY IN two more members from the Singapore office. Their photoshoot would be carried out later by another photography team in Singapore. In order to ensure that all of the photos used to compose the final group image have the same quality, our team prepared a detailed guideline, providing in-depth notes on the camera/studio/lighting setting to share with the team in Singapore. This helps us make sure that any given photographer can deliver the photos that we need in any given studio.

On the shooting day, we set up a few options for backdrops such as clean/simple ones as well as our hand-painted canvas/textured ones so they could have a variety to choose from. During the shoot, we learned about SBAV as a whole and also about the team members as individuals.
