LOCATION

Very Dep Studio | Hanoi, Vietnam

Teppi (or Tép - which means little shrimp in Vietnamese) came to our studio in Hanoi with his parents and grandma. He was a little cautious at first given the new setting, big light, and a camera pointing at him and clicked constantly. However, after just 10 minutes being introduced to all of the equipments/the photographer/the producer, Teppi familiarized himself and got into the groove of posing for the camera.

We wanted to capture natural interactions between the three generations so we asked the family to share an activity in front of the camera. Grandma read to Teppi his favorite book, mom and dad talked to him about his favorite object - a toy tractor. Just like that, everyone forgot about the camera and all of the pressure of conducting the photoshoot. We worked around them, adjusting the lights as needed and capturing the most beautiful moments.
